Shahida Islam College of Rehabilitation Sciences (SICRS) is proud to have a highly qualified and experienced faculty representing multiple specialties of Physical Therapy. Our academic team comprises experts in Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy, Sports Physical Therapy, Neuromuscular Physical Therapy, Women’s Health, Paediatric Physical Therapy, and Cardiopulmonary Physical Therapy. This multidisciplinary expertise ensures that students receive comprehensive education aligned with contemporary clinical practice.

As a constituent college of Shahida Islam Medical Complex, SICRS offers an integrated learning environment where faculty members actively supervise students during clinical rotations. From the third year onwards, students receive structured hands-on training in both the Outpatient Department (OPD) and Inpatient Department (IPD), working with real patients under the guidance of experienced clinicians. This early clinical exposure helps bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and professional practice while enhancing students’ clinical reasoning, communication, and patient management skills.
